Gain insight into the ongoing question of whether intervention rates are driven by consumers (maternal request) or by their healthcare providers with this in-depth analysis of women's responses to CIMS' The Birth Survey—an ongoing online survey that asks women to provide feedback about their experiences with their specific maternity care providers and birth facilities.

Contact hours have been applied for from the North Carolina Nurses Association, an accredited approver by the American Nurses Credentialing Center's Commission on Accreditation.

You can be a marketing guru! Learn what it takes to attract today's expectant parents, how to market your business in low-cost ways, and how to achieve success as a business owner.

This session compliments the first step of the Ten Steps of Mother-Friendly Care by providing doulas and childbirth educators knowledge and informationto help them sustain their childbirth businesses, thereby ensuring women's access to a wide variety of support in labor and during the pregnancy and postpartum periods.

This program is approved by the International Childbirth Education Association (ICEA) for 1 contact hour of continuing education.

Refund Policy: CIMS Webinars are open to all at no charge. Continuing Education processing fees apply only to participants requesting a continuing education certificate for their participation. Fees can be paid at any time before or after the scheduled event. Cancellation requests must be received in writing no less than 21 days prior to the scheduled event. Refunds, less a $5 Webinar administrative fee, will be distributed only to individuals who cancel 21 days or more before the scheduled event. No refunds will be distributed for cancellation requests made within 21 days of the scheduled event. Please notify CIMS of any name changes or substitute registrations at least 15 days in advance of the event. Any funds transfer for substitutions must occur between the registrant and their replacement. A $35 fee will be assessed on all returned checks.
